FRESH Halibut and Chips

Beginning April 1st we will be offering the freshest halibut and chips available in Victoria, or on the west coast for that matter. Our fisherman ties his boat up to our dock right in front of our store. We unload the halibut from his boat, across the dock into our floating store where it is filleted and then made into Halibut and Chips and tacos and fritters. When you eat our halibut and chips here on Fisherman’s Wharf, the fish is so fresh it has never been on land.
