Fish Processing

For all you Fishermen and women out there we offer custom processing and packaging. You just need to drop off your fish and provide us with your fishing license for a couple of minutes and we will cut the fish to your specifications, vacuum pack it in convenient portions and flash freeze it for you to pick up the next day.

We also have styrofoam coolers, cardboard outers and gel packs that will allow you to take your fish home with you on the plane.

Our location makes it easy for you to get to us. just pull the boat into Fisherman’s Wharf at the entrance to Victoria Harbour and tie up on finger four.

2011 Rates are:

Processing: $1.75 / Lb. (includes vacuum packaging and freezing)

Small styro cooler with cardboard outer: $17.50 each

Large styro cooler with cardboard outer: $24.00 each

Gel Packs: $1.10 each
